This is the before shot
I used the cloud brush to create the stormy look and adjusted the levels on the church
I used the smoke brush on normal and on overlay
again the cloud brush tool and this one i didn't have to adjust the levels on the building or people because it was already in the shadows.
This i used all brushes. I had a tree brush and a cloud tool on a white canvas.
